You will be guided to the Dolce Lucano’s fennel cultivation fields. Fennel is an excellence of the Metapontino’s area, such as the Made in Lucania Strawberry with its sweet and tasty flavour. During the summer season you will visit the melon fields. Guided by an expert of our team you will explore and learn the cultivation and production system of our products. You will live an experience in direct contact with the ground where our products grow and you will have the opportunity to harvest, by living an experience “from the plant to the table”. Then you will be involved in an enjoyable culinary experience: the tasting of freshly harvested products that will be served with the Primo Sole typical specialty: sottolio products, jams, matched by some local wines. Thanks to this experience you will discover the quality of the Basilicata’s cuisine.
